User Content & Intellectual Property Policy

By uploading or submitting artwork, photographs, logos, text, designs, or other content (“Customer Content”) to Evergreen Print, you represent and warrant that you own the content or have all rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations necessary to reproduce, print, and use it for your order.

You may not submit content that infringes or violates another party’s copyright, trademark, intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights. This includes, without limitation, unauthorized brand logos, characters, artwork, photographs, slogans, or other protected material.

Customer Content must also not contain unlawful, obscene, threatening, hateful, defamatory, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited or inappropriate material.

Evergreen Print reserves the right, in its discretion, to review, hold, reject, or cancel any order that we reasonably believe may violate these requirements or applicable law. We may request documentation showing that you have permission to use submitted content. If an order is canceled by Evergreen Print for these reasons, amounts paid for the canceled order will be refunded.

By submitting Customer Content, you grant Evergreen Print and its production partners the limited rights necessary to reproduce and process that content solely for purposes of producing, fulfilling, and supporting your order. You retain ownership of your original content.

You are responsible for the Customer Content you submit and for any claims arising from your unauthorized or unlawful use of third-party content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evergreen Print is not responsible for intellectual property violations resulting from Customer Content submitted by customers.

If you are unsure whether you have the right to reproduce an image, design, logo, or other content, do not submit it for printing.

FAQ 

FAQ within the Protected Content & Intellectual Property Policy to address common misconceptions. Questions such as:

"Can I upload an image of a product I purchased from Evergreen?"
Not necessarily. Purchasing a product does not automatically give you the right to reproduce the artwork, photography, branding, or design shown on that product.

"Can I upload my favorite professional team's logo?"
Generally, no. Professional sports team names, logos, mascots, and related designs are typically protected by trademark or copyright and require permission from the rights holder.

"Can I upload a company logo for my business?"
Yes, if you own the logo or have permission from the company or rights holder to reproduce it.

"Can I use artwork I found online?"
Not unless you created it, it is clearly licensed for your intended use, or you have permission from the copyright owner. Being publicly available online does not mean it is free to reproduce.

"Can I upload AI-generated artwork?"
Yes, provided you have the right to use the resulting artwork and it does not infringe on another person's copyright, trademark, likeness, or other protected rights.
